Sequence13, involves Ezio meeting up with Machiavelli. Machiavelli instructs you to pretty much kill 9 nameless people who are supposedly 'lieutenants'. This whole part of the DLC just makes you spend an hour killing random, nameless people, that contribute almost nothing to the whole overall plot of Assassin's Creed 2.
