This was the easiest fight in the game. Jump over him so you're behind him, cape him 3 times then beat down until it tells you to quick take down. Pull his venom tube and repeat 2 more times. Quick drop exploding gel or glue grenades to keep the henchmen busy. The second fight only takes a couple minutes.
